STARSTEM Coordinator Prof Martin Leahy of the Tissue Optics and Microcirculation Imaging (TOMI) Lab at the National University of Ireland Galway will deliver a plenary talk at the International Conference on Bio-Sensing and Imaging (ICOBSI).
